We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or issue refunds in cases of manufacturing defects, print errors, or visible quality issues. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at contact@support.shop.crossbible.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations

Product Orders – Cancellation Policy

All products are made to order. You may cancel or amend your order using the link provided in your confirmation email before the order enters production. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

After delivery, you have 30 days to report any manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are voluntary payments and are final and non-refundable. Once checkout is completed, donations and tips cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please email contact@support.shop.crossbible.com with:

  • A clear photograph of the issue
  • Your order number

Photos should show the product on a flat surface with the tag and any visible defect clearly displayed.

Refunds Policies

Product Orders – Refund Policy

Because products are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or quality issues. To request a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue along with your order number within 30 days of delivery.

If a refund is approved:

  • PayPal refunds typically appear in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours.
  • Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Donations and Tips Refund Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips. 

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact us at contact@support.shop.crossbible.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are processed by our third-party ecommerce and payment provider, Fourthwall, which may accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and, depending on your location, installment or local payment methods. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. These charges vary by country and cannot be calculated in advance. You are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Merchant of record

Orders are processed and fulfilled through our ecommerce platform provider, Fourthwall. While Fourthwall facilitates payment processing and fulfillment services, all products are offered by Cross Bible, Inc., and any purchases are made directly from Cross Bible, Inc. All questions regarding products, quality issues, or refunds should be directed to contact@support.shop.crossbible.com.
